Hi everyone! This is Shuzhen, thanks for reading my blog! As a masters student in communication, social media is always something I love to learn because this is a fascinating topic to learn. As we explore scholarly research papers about social media and analyze different social media platforms of brands, I am able to learn more about social media and how it can apply to real-world applications.
I am studying at Drexel University with a concentration in Public Relations. I have taken many courses in Public Relations and the communication field, so I have enough knowledge about social media. I am interested in fashion and beauty, so my goal is to be a Public Relations professional working in these industries. In my opinion, social media plays a crucial role in every company, especially for fashion and beauty industries because it is the most effective way to get consumers’ attention and target new audiences. In this digital world, everyone has at least one mobile device, so it is easy to target the right segment using the right social media platform.
